Large Mailing Envelopes

For mailing thick or over-sized documents or bulky items, Tension produces a variety of large envelope styles specifically designed for Standard, First-Class, and Priority mail. These envelopes can be created to open at the end (Open End) or along the side (Booklet style). They can also be constructed with custom windows and special flap sealant for secure transit. Tension also offers a Tamper-Evident Flap for extra security. Many Tension customers have reduced their mailing costs by switching from box containers to large envelopes.
